This six week adult course is a gentle introduction to using an aerial sling as a support system to achieve: weightless inversions, progressive strength, and a dialogue with your body. This is a fun, approachable way to build core strength, lengthen the spine, decompress joints, and nurture flexibility. Ages 16 and up please.

Low Flying Aerial Yoga
With the aerial hammocks dropped down low to floor this class is great for those who are new to aerial yoga. Using the hammocks to deepen our yoga practice, add new element to your workout and offer support in restorative poses. This class offers a unique opportunity to relax and restore while experiencing an introduction to using the aerial silk hammocks flying low to the floor can offer the opportunity try the aerial hammock without fear. Great for all levels whether your new to yoga or aerial.

Restorative yoga is a great class to aid in repairing the body. Deep stretches using breath and meditation create a relaxing component to this practice. Restorative yoga is recommended for anyone and everyone.
Training 3 days a week. Transform your body and mind through the calisthenics process. Consisting of chest routines, back routines, leg routines, core routines, and Cardio. This is not for the light hearted and will push you to new limits and new heights.

Handstand Hangout: Progressive learning to master a handstand. Learning a handstand can progress into mastering other body weight movements and increase your yoga skills. Very relaxed and mellow!
Arco Yoga:This physical partnership combines both yoga and acrobatics. No previous experience needed or a partner! Join the class solo and partner up with other classmates.
Saturday 9:30-10:30am: January 13, 20, 27 & 3, 10, 17
Postnatal Pilates class is for both mom and baby to come spend some time to help mom recover from her post baby body and the birth of the baby. This class is open to anyone and can be beneficial to engage with your pelvic floor and core muscles. In addition, class will go through a series of stretches and restorative poses to give your body the space to realign. Babies are welcome in the studio space.
Introduction to Bellydance
This class is great for any skill level wether you have no dance experience or you are looking to drill and strengthen your bellydance movements. Fun for all levels to shake and shimmy or sway the night away.
Students will learn basic bellydance technique, including posture, shimmies, isolations, undulations, and traveling steps creating a great low impact workout while you learn muscle control and strengthening in the process creating a strong foundation of bellydance movement that you can build upon to create a beautiful dance form.
