NEW Early Morning class procedure:
You must sign up for early morning classes (5:45am & 6:30am) by 9:30pm the NIGHT Before. There will be no cash drop ins for these classes.
This six week adult course is a gentle introduction to using an aerial sling as a support system to achieve: weightless inversions, progressive strength, and a dialogue with your body. This is a fun, approachable way to build core strength, lengthen the spine, decompress joints, and nurture flexibility. Ages 16 and up please.
Session 1: January 3, 10, 17, 31 & February 7, 14 (No Class 1/24)

Low Flying Aerial Yoga
With the aerial hammocks dropped down low to floor this class is great for those who are new to aerial yoga. Using the hammocks to deepen our yoga practice, add new element to your workout and offer support in restorative poses. This class offers a unique opportunity to relax and restore while experiencing an introduction to using the aerial silk hammocks flying low to the floor can offer the opportunity try the aerial hammock without fear. Great for all levels whether your new to yoga or aerial.
Session 1: January 7, 14, 21, & February 4, 11, 18 (No Class 1/28)
Session 2: March 4, 11, 18, 25, ( No Class 4/1) April 8 & 15th
Session 3: April 29 & May 6, 13, 20, 27th & June 3rd

Aerial Strength Conditioning
Aerial conditioning is a total body work out class that utilizes aerial bar & other apparatus for strength building. We will also couple flexibility stretches and ground exercises for a well rounded workout. Open to beginners and safety is always our top priority. All apparatus can hold all sizes. All welcome.
Wednesday 5:15-6:00pm: February 28th- April 4th
Handstand Hangout: Progressive learning to master a handstand. Learning a handstand can progress into mastering other body weight movements and increase your yoga skills. Very relaxed and mellow!
Arco Yoga:This physical partnership combines both yoga and acrobatics. No previous experience needed or a partner! Join the class solo and partner up with other classmates.
Saturday 9:30-10:30am: February 24th- March 31st
This class is great for any skill level wether you have no dance experience or you are looking to drill and strengthen your bellydance movements. Fun for all levels to shake and shimmy or sway the night away.
Level 1: Students will learn basic bellydance technique, including posture, shimmies, isolations, undulations, and traveling steps creating a great low impact workout while you learn muscle control and strengthening in the process creating a strong foundation of bellydance movement that you can build upon to create a beautiful dance form.
Level 2: For students who have completed the beginner belly dance class or enjoy a faster paced class.
