One Small Painting Daily by Ingrid Derrickson

This class is designed to inspire one to start the process of painting one painting daily. This can be from any small still life setup.  I paint a daily floral from fresh flower every day. The benefits are the daily habit, working from life, developing free and easy brush strokes, and of course, refining the ability to see and mix color, shape and value. 

Materials used:
Acrylic paint in a limited palette of primary colors
6"x6" Hardboard panels
Two brush sizes
Vases
Fresh flowers
Colored tissue paper
Utility spot light with Halogen bulb

Beginner to advanced
