Friday evening, September 13th, 7:00-8:00 pm

Columbia Arts Building

Level 3, CAB Movement Studios

Ticket price includes class admission for both partners, along with beer (or root beer!) and Hors d'oeuvres served after class.

This will be the ultimate date night or friends out experience for you and your partner! Students will join yogi Michelle Bulla and her husband through a guided partner yoga class that is suitable for absolute beginners as well as those with some yoga experience. After class we will head downstairs and enjoy a beer or non alcoholic drink and a selection of hors d'oeuvres

What is Partner yoga?
It’s practicing the same poses that you know and love in your own practice, adding in a partner to deepen the practice allowing you to build up more strength and flexibility, all the while bringing you into a deeper connection with that partner. This partner can be a spouse, boyfriend or girlfriend, a family member or a friend! We will have so much fun exploring these poses together and we will create intimacy in these relationships as we learn to communicate with our partners to build trust and safety in these poses and honor each other’s levels of flexibility and strength.
