Percy- $1500

from 750.00

Percy is a sweet as the day is long and loves to be pet! He is a full blooded Miniature Zebu and we have both parents onsite. Miniature Zebu carry a hump of fat on their backs- the bulls have much larger humps than the females do. Percy was born February 5, 2017 and weighs maybe 125? He was raised in my home as a bottle baby. Percy was born in the dead of Winter and it was just too cold for him as a 15 lb calf. Because of the frigid temperatures Percy suffered frostbite at the tips of his ears, which are now rounded. This does not affect anything and he actually looks extra cute with his “mouse ears” we think! I have included his baby pictures so you can see how darling he was as a newborn! When we found him all covered in ice, we brought him inside to dry him off with the hair dryer. He ended up living indoors for four months. He is beyond tame.

The last photo is of his father, Buckshot. I think Percy will look a lot like his dad when full grown. He is about 250-300 lb and quite handsome!

Percy would be ideal for a petting zoo and is very mild mannered with a mellow personality. He has not been lead or harness trained. I would recommend the new owner dehorning him ( his horn buds are just starting to show) and having him steered if not purchasing for breeding purposes.
