We are so excited to tell you about the first ever CAB Community Seed & Seedling Swap! This is a free event, however, participants must bring something to participate in the trade- one or twenty one seedlings or seed packs will do! All seeds and seedlings must be clearly labeled. This is a family friendly event and kids of ALL ages are welcome- bring your screaming babies and wild toddlers- we will have a kids station set up for them where they will be able to plant their own seedling to take home.

Your host for the event is Marina Darling of Hampshire Gardener’s Society. Marina will be bringing some organic heirloom seeds and seedlings and sent this list of things to plant directly from seed in June 7 July in Tennessee: beans, corn, cucumber, all peppers, all winter squash (including pumpkins), tomatoes, okra, and sweet potatoes.

We will meet on level one (enter through the glass double doors facing West 11th street) from 5 to 6pm on May 31st.

Join us after the swap for Friday Night Arts featuring the Muletown Collective Youth Art Show taking place on level 3 from 6-8pm. There will be lots of other cool events happening that night, so be sure to follow CAB on Instagram and Facebook for all of the updates!
