This class is specific for teen girls! Ages 13 & up welcome to attend. Instructor Jennie is passionate about sharing her love of fitness and movement with female youth to help build their self confidence.

 

Barre n’ pow{h}er is an extremely form focused and challenging method based on 25 years of dance experience and research, as well as over a decade mind body fitness study, training, and master instruction.
This technique is rooted in traditional isometric barre fundamentals and takes a thoughtful neutral spine approach at building deep muscle strength, tone, flexibility, balance, and alignment.

Movement Cross Training Camp

Compass Rose Pilates is excited to host our first ever "girl only" Movement Cross Training Camp. Whether you're a dancer, gymnast, softball player, swimmer, or runner.. all  athletes need to cross train to help with injury prevention. This 2-day camp will take girls through a series of mind-body practices that encourage balance, stability, symmetry, flexibility, and strength.  Classes include; Pilates mat, Yoga, active stretching, functional movements, and fun cardio classes.  In addition, students will learn some self-help practices for recovery. Ages 12 & up. (All classes are taught by Megan Ciccoline White).
